You are here because you want to become rich.

Everyone would dream about winning the lottery and getting crazy rich overnight. But dreams are nothing than a puff of thoughts.
Most people would like to get rich and buy a great mansion, drive a nice car and just spend as much money on stuff they love. But how many know what getting rich really means and what it takes?
Being rich is not just about the dollar amount, it’s a lot more than that.

Being rich is a state of mind. In a sense, you could be rich but still poor, and vice versa.

You can define “rich” in different ways. There are a lot of people who simply consider it as having a lot of money. For them, rich is equivalent to a being a millionaire.

But rich can also be psychological richness. It is an achievement of being able to live without the worry of money. You don’t necessarily need to own a castle to be considered rich. Everyone can be rich as long as we are able to do what we desire freely and to have the fulfilment in life. The key of it is to live with or even less than what you have. To be “normal” even when you are financially capable to do a lot more.

Becoming rich is not a everyone’s cup of tea.

Here are some tips of becoming rich.

Adopt the producer mentality.

You must make a major shift from being a consumer to producer. Here are some examples: consumers eat pizza, producers make pizza; consumers watch movies, producers make movies; consumers search for jobs, producers provide jobs. Every millionaire is a producer. Only producers get rich.

The overarching goal of a producer is not to eat, but to feed people. Obviously, producers must consume at some point, but it isn't their primary goal. Instead of seeking their next meal, they're more interested in providing the next meal for someone else, knowing that they will have the chance to eat in the process.

Put money in the stock market.

Invest money in stocks, bonds, or other vehicles of investment that will give you an annual return on investment (ROI) great enough to sustain you in your retirement

Don't get enticed by day traders who tell you it's easy to make a quick buck. Buying and selling dozens of stocks every day is essentially gambling. If you make some bad trades — which is unbelievably easy to do — you can lose a lot of money. It's not a good way to get rich.

Instead, learn to invest for the long run. Choose good stocks with solid fundamentals and excellent leadership in industries that are primed for future growth. Then let your stock sit. Don't do anything with it. Let it weather the ups and downs. If you invest wisely, you should do very well over time.

Sacrifice for stupid expenses.

The great majority of people are afraid to make sacrifices because they think they'll lose something. The single mother won't buy a $20 book that will help her earn $20,000 extra dollars. She's the same mother who's afraid of the cost, but still would buy a video game for her son to make him happy.

Before you become rich, you must become poor. Besides lottery winners and heirs who receive hefty inheritances, you must be willing to pay the price and sacrifice everything. You must be able to handle the worst if you want to expect the best. There will be many times where you'll have to delay gratification to focus on a bigger goal, which is always worth it in the end.

Make a budget (and stick to it)

Create a monthly budget that covers all of your basic expenses and leaves a little bit of "fun" money aside. Sticking by your budget and saving at least some money each month is a good way to lay the groundwork for your efforts to get rich

Ideally, set up an automatic withdrawal into another account so that you aren't even tempted to touch it. If you never see it, you won't miss it. Squirreling away savings will help you anticipate emergency scenarios and prepare you for retirement.

How much money should you try to save? It mostly depends on your salary, but a good benchmark is 15% to 20%. If you can only afford to save 10% of your annual income, that's fine, provided that you save some of it.

Like many new investors, you may also decide to invest in a company and pick up your first shares of stock, but your limited knowledge leaves you wondering how to actually do it. Don't worry! Don’t get confused with financial jargon

There is a particularly poignant scene in the movie English Vinglish where Shashi Godbole (the every woman character played by Sridevi) attempts to order food at a New York cafe and ends up running away in tears.

To me, this encounter is illustrative of the wide chasm between investors and the investment management industry which speaks a different language from its customers. This creates undue stress, leads to poor investment decisions and, more often than not, frightens away prospective investors

Before investing investors should try to learn the financial jargon.

Hold Diversified Portfolio:

An investor can be able to minimize the risk associated with the stock trading by holding a diversified stocks in their portfolio. One can diversify their portfolio in many ways like holding stocks of companies operating in different industries so that even if one industry is down performing other stocks in the portfolio will not be affected.

Understand Your Risk Tolerance

Risk tolerance is a psychological trait that is genetically based, but positively influenced by education, income, and wealth (as these increase, risk tolerance appears to increase slightly) and negatively by age (as one gets older, risk tolerance decreases). Your risk tolerance is how you feel about risk and the degree of anxiety you feel when risk is present. In psychological terms, risk tolerance is defined as “the extent to which a person chooses to risk experiencing a less favorable outcome in the pursuit of a more favorable outcome.” In other words, would you risk $100 to win $1,000? Or $1,000 to win $1,000? All humans vary in their risk tolerance, and there is no “right” balance.

How to learn all about Indian stock market before investing?

Lately, People have started giving attention to the Stock market because of the false or rather superficial rate of returns which are marketed throughout media sources. This is done only to attract a huge crowd of earning people and lure them into this money business. Majority of the people invest blindly and then get devastated on realising what has happened to all their money.

Investing is a plan, not a product.

Let's say you plan to invest in Stock market When you finalise on one piece of property, you also finalise factors like

How much are you willing to pay?

Would you buy the stock right now?

What is the exit strategy (holding long term or sell in 6 months?)

Does the investment fit in with your overall plan/goal?

Get it now? You plan the investment. (An overview on capital

It took me a while to get this, but it is really empowering to understand this principle. It is wise to divide investing in 3 plans.

Plan to be secure

Plan to be comfortable

Plan to be rich

For someone looking on how to invest money in share market, this may help.

  • Apps such as, Financial Freedom give you a good piece ADVICE BY EXPERTS off the market scenario
  • Never follow the script suggestion of unheard companies which are provided on TV, they are mostly paid news
  • When you think you have gained sufficient knowledge, try to experiment with a certain amount of money which you are not afraid to loose
  • Take a note, I said to experiment and not to invest, Once you gain any profits out of your experiment then think of investing with a small amount every month.
  • Initially for few months focus only on Equities, consider a sector and start finding out the future prospects of that respective sector, Classify the companies within that sector according to the brand value and its customer reach and then segregate accordingly.
  • Always remember “Good quality stocks will always give you a good return, even if they look pricey”

PRO-TIP: Once you enter the world of stock market you will get suggestions from many people to invest in Penny Stocks rather than established Companies, People will claim that these Penny Stocks will become Multi-Baggers within few years and will give you say 10x returns or even more. But remember a fact “An Egg can either get hatched or get fried, But a Baby Elephant will always grow up to be an Elephant”

Simple examples of investments with refer to some Big shots’ life mantra

Tennis is the toughest sport and completely depends on hard work. There is no way around the hard work so aspirers have to embrace it. The mantra is we have to put in the hours because there is always something we can improve. We have to put in a lot of sacrifice and effort for sometimes little reward but we have to know that, if we put in the right effort, the reward will come. Same thing works for an individual, who, does not necessarily have to work hard but need to discuss about what kind of investment they have keen. Looking for something befitting and rewarding, one must strive to achieve it.

“Laziness is not merely a physical phenomenon; it is about being a couch potato, stuffing your mouth with fries and watching television all day. It is a mental thing, too, and that is where I have never aspired. In the world of creativity, laziness translates into an inability to be rigorous enough to create fearlessly. It makes us plagiarise or water our creativity down to make it more acceptable to the public “a renowned Indian film star quoted. He is now the richest Indian superstar and joined the ranks of others in world’s top 20.

Therefore, the reason to quote this is to rectify people with laziness who thinks of investments only in top companies without having practically any knowledge. People are too lazy to learn and gain financial literacy rather they depend upon top-notch agents from big companies.

Compared to other talented players in his generation, his early life was a struggle through state and junior cricket teams when he finally accepted in the national team. Later as a Captain of the Indian National Team, he would profoundly be honoured for his successes and alternatively vilified for his failures. The secret of his ability to keep moving on through the ranks to ultimate success without falling prey to over confidence and criticism lay in his ability to step back and analyse what went right and what went wrong each time.

The only difference between this quote and me saying is Moneymindz will struggle to get you the perfect investment. Never fell prey to overconfidence and depend on some multinational or renowned company for investment. Play safe and swiftly.

How to Invest safely on Stock Market?

Stock markets are a complex system comprising of indices, primary and secondary markets, IPO, etc. which is a long trench consisting of vast information, a single person might find difficult to understand. Investing in the stock market is a way to make more than just a little extra cash. In fact, with the right approach and the right skills, investing even a little in the stock market can put you on the road to earning millions. Becoming a stock market millionaire is not an easy task and it will not happen overnight. If you want to become a stock market millionaire then here are the most proven tips to reaching your goals and the earnings you have always wanted.

1) Focus on Hot Stocks Hitting New Highs -

Do your research, look into their patterns and place your focus on stocks that are already growing. As you get started with your stock market dreams, make sure to focus on hot stocks wing as you plan to stick with them until they reach new heights. Do not look to stocks hitting new lows.

2) You Can Buy and Short Sell -

There are some people who think they need a bull market to get rich. This is not the case. Do not ignore short selling. You do not have to hold on to a stock for a long time to earn a profit. Just look at the success some day traders have; they are the epitome of earning off short selling.

3) Chop Your Losses Quickly -

If you want to be successful in the market, take your ego completely out of the situation. If you face a setback, cut your losses and move on fast. Do not dwell on your failure, but instead look to the future. You are going to fail, so be prepared and just be ready to move on.

4) Do not Be Afraid to take profits either half or completely -

The thing about your earnings is that - they are not really profits until you take them. Do not be afraid to take partial profits or take profits too quickly. The market changes fast; it is OK to get out when you feel it is right and take the profits that you can.
